Cotswold Sheep
Cotswold sheep come from the Cotswold Hills of Gloucesteshirer, in the southern midlands of England. They are a fairly large dual purpose sheep, raised for both meat and wool. The Cotswold is a "long-wool" breed. The wool grows so fast and gets so long that it is often shorn twice a year instead of only once. It is very popular with handspinners.
